Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. Despite the party noise from the street due to the soccer championships and the late room servicing, I found the room to be spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable, offering a wonderful view. However, the location right by Old Prague Square was perfect for exploring, and the service, though friendly, had a minor hiccup regarding my room choice. The dining experience, while adequate, had its shortcomings. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is located centrally, making it convenient for sightseeing, but access to rooms may be challenging for less mobile guests. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable stay under the roof with charming wooden beams. However, the dining experience may not meet high expectations. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives to consider.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Old Town Prague, making it a great home base for exploring the city. However, the room was a small musty space that smelled of wet dog, and the dining options were limited with an early breakfast schedule. The service, on the other hand, was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff ensuring a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was filled with ups and downs. The rooms were a total disaster, with a small musty room that smelt of wet dog. However, I was lucky to have the only room with a kind of balcony, offering a lovely view of the old town street. The location was fantastic, just off Old Town Square, providing a buffer from the noise and easy walking distance to major sites in Prague. The service varied from unhelpful and unaccommodating staff to an amazing experience with Martina. The dining experience was basic, with a poor breakfast, but the location was great.
I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms were cosy and clean, with everything we needed for our short stay. The charming atmosphere made it all the more inviting, especially with the huge bath for a relaxing soak. The food was good, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. However, the small musty room that smelt of wet dog and the tiny bar next to reception were a letdown.
The hotel has a lovely, warm atmosphere in a great location near the main square in the old town. The rooms are cozy and beautiful, but accessibility might be tricky for less mobile guests. The service is friendly and accommodating, although some language barriers were encountered. The dining options are average but adequate. Overall, a charming stay with a few minor drawbacks.
